It is our policy to keep your personal and business matters confidential to the extent permitted by law. We do not disclose any non-public personal or business information about out clients or former clients to anyone, except as instructed to do so by such clients, or as required by law. We restrict access to non-public personal information to those professionals and staff necessary to provide the level of service as requested by our clients, and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information. When you request that information be forwarded to a third party, we may request written permission from you, to provide such information, or we may choose to provide you with the information so that you may forward it onto the recipients.

We consider anything you share with us as being privileged information to the extent protected by the law. This is not the same as advisor-client privilege. Consequently, we may be compelled to share portions of our communications with government authorities. If you think that the upcoming discussion may require protected advisor-client communications, please raise the issue at the onset of our meeting so we can discuss with you your possible need to consult with an attorney for legal advise.
